Turning off Hardware Acceleration in Firefox

1. From page containing the Adobe Flash video, click the Firefox Menu icon (upper right corner) and select "Options" from the drop-down box.

2. Scroll down to "Performance" and Uncheck "Use recommended performance settings."

3. Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available."

4. Exit Firefox by clicking the "Options" tag above the address bar.

5. Firefox should return to the original page containing the Adobe Flash video.
